No âmbito do workshop que vai realizar-se na semana de 27 a 31 de outubro, com a participação de investigadores da Universidade da Madeira e da Siemens AG, terá lugar no dia 30 de outubro, entre as 09h00 e as 11h00, na sala 0.57, no piso 0 do Campus Universitário da Penteada, as seguintes palestras:

- “The company – Siemens 2014”, Werner Hartmann / Norbert Wenzel (Principal Key Expert Research Scientist in the area of switching technologies, Corporate Technology, Erlangen/ Senior Key Expert Research Scientist in the area of switching technologies, Corporate Technology, Erlangen);

- “Technology Portfolio of Siemens Corporate Technology Research & Technology Center in Power and Energy Technologies – an Overview”, Werner Hartmann / Norbert Wenzel;

- “Vacuum interrupter and its applications”, Andreas Lawall (Project leader, Energy Management, Medium Voltage & Systems, Berlin).
